A couple embracing on a rocky shoreline at golden hour

We're getting married

Join us among the oaks of Constantia as we begin our next chapter.

Old Oak Manor, Cape Town

Our story

How it all began

“Here's to windy days, and to everyone who brought a blanket.”
A couple sharing a quiet moment, foreheads touching

We met on a windy June afternoon in 2019, at a friend's birthday picnic that really should have been cancelled because of the weather. Sarah was the only one who had brought a proper blanket. Alex was the only one who had forgotten a jacket.

Four years, two flats and one very muddy Otter Trail later, Alex asked Sarah to marry him at sunrise on Chapman's Peak, with a ring he'd been carrying around for three weeks, waiting for the right moment.

Now we can't wait to celebrate with the people who have been part of every chapter so far.
